Hansen Foundation and the Patterson Family Foundation.

Now, their devotion lives on through the Lee and Estelle Schuster Fund, a designated fund established with the Solomon Valley Community Foundation to provide long-term financial support to St. John’s Catholic School. This lasting gift was thoughtfully planned as part of their estate and carried out after their passing, a reflection of their desire to leave a meaningful legacy for future generations.

Tom Lynch believed every child deserved a fair shot- on the court, in the classroom, and in life. A beloved teacher, principal, and coach in Glasco, Kansas, Tom spent decades pouring into the lives of young people, always with a steady hand, a kind word, and a deep love for learning and competition.

The Solomon Valley Community Foundation has over $9,400 in scholarships to area students for the upcoming academic year. This includes six scholarships that are being renewed for recipients from previous years.
